Call Off The Search!

While it may seem that I had all but vanished into the mysterious world of smoke, mirrors, white rabbits and illusions, rest assured that I am simply buried beneath boxes upon boxes of stuff that must find a new resting place in my new home.      Between unscrupulous movers, unethical realtors, and a multitude of stories that sound more like "tall-tales" that could fill many afternoons on the veranda, the days have zoomed past since the last view of northern Virginia was glimpsed in the rear-view mirror!      And, while those three years and two months in Yankee-country was more-than-enough for any proper Southern Belle to have to endure, the long-reaching tentacles of that place will continue to haunt me for a while longer, I fear.

Yet, while those unscrupulous movers, unethical realtors and all of the others that were involved in making the escape from the North such an ordeal think they have gotten the better of this Southern Belle, . . . they ain't seen nothin' yet!      It isn't wise to cross a lady - especially THIS lady!      I "know" exactly how to file complaints with DOT, Weights & Measures, the Realty Board of Professional Responsibilities, and many other governing organizations, who will make those who "thought" they were pulling a fast one regret that they chose me to pull it on!      I may be blonde, and I may be Southern . . . but, don't EVER mistake me for being stupid!

current mood:    Exhausted, but thrilled to be back in the real South again!
